We collect information about you when you visit our website, sign up for our trainings, sign up for our mailing list or contact us before becoming a customer. We can also supplement information from public sources, such as the company register or websites. We store information about our customers and potential customers (leads) in our marketing register.

Legal basis for processing data
We can process your data on several different processing grounds. However, the most typical reasons are the execution of the contract based on our own legitimate interest and to fulfill legal obligations. Legitimate interest here means that we can offer you our services and develop our operations.
Data processing and transfer to third parties
We do not sell or hand over the information we collect to third parties for marketing or other purposes. The data in the register will not be disclosed without the separate consent of the registered person, except when required by Finnish authorities. The information in the register is processed by our staff to the extent required to fulfill their duties. We take care of our personnel’s data protection and information security expertise, and especially emphasize the importance of safe and reliable processing of personal data. For the technical implementation of the services, we (Data Controller) use reliable service providers who process personal data on behalf of us.
Transfer of data outside the EU area
The marketing register is used for our company’s marketing, sending newsletters and informing about upcoming trainings. Data is stored in a cloud service, that has servers located around the world. The cloud service is reported to comply with the EU-U.S. Provisions of the Privacy Shield regulations. The information is never available to any other third party. Data is stored on servers that may be located outside the EU.
Data retention period
The retention periods of personal data may vary depending on the purpose of use and the situation. For example, the accounting law or the warranty period may oblige you to store data. You have the right to ask us to delete or update our register data at any time.
Cookie policy
We use cookies to analyze the use of our website and to develop our own operations. We monitor the behavior of visitors on our website, for example, with the help of identification information, we know which subpages the visitor has visited and how long they have spent on them. We also find out the geographic location of the visitor with the accuracy of the nearest city.
We do not use cookies for targeting (such as Google marketing). The visitor to our website can refuse or give their consent to the use of cookies.
